Our experience spans four decades of playing, recording and producing music whether it is composed in house or working with visiting artists. The studio produces music for some of the best loved TV shows in the UK and is a great creative space.
From Teletubbies to the multi BAFTA winning Horrible Histories, Noisegate provides theme tunes, incidental music and songs for some fantastic productions. In 2023 we scored 40 episodes of Minibods for Moonbug, 20 episodes of Andy And The Band for CBBC, and recorded over 40 songs for series 10 and 11 of Horrible Histories.
Noisegate is the production base for media composers Matt Katz and Richie Webb. They have been producing music for media since the 90’s and have been fortunate enough to work on award winning shows such as Teletubbies (Darral MacQueen/DHX), Horrible Histories (Lion/BBC), Horrible Histories The Movie (Altitude Films), and Baby Jake (Darrall MacQueen/BBC).
Convenient for any Midlands or Birmingham based artists, Noisegate’s proximity to Stratford-Upon-Avon makes our studio an excellent option when your talent is working at the RSC.
